Joanne Darcy Crum, L.S., a sole proprietor, has been offering surveying services since 1987. The primary goal of this firm is to produce high quality, professional surveys and to that end we take pride in the methods and care taken for each project. We have a reputation for in-depth and thorough research of all aspects of project surveys and project management.
Our firm provides services to home- owners, the commercial sector, industrial sector, land developers and the public sector. One might say that, "No job is too small!" especially if it is YOUR JOB.
Our company provides services throughout New York and New Jersey. We have performed surveys in Long Island, New York City, the Great Lakes region, and many points in between.
The firm has regularly been subcontractors to most major engineering firms, some of which are Clough, Harbour Associates, Ewell Finley and Partners, The Sear-Brown Group, Law Environmental, Malcolm Pirnie, Inc. and several municipal and governmental offices. Since 1990, our company has been involved in several bridge and highway surveys for the New York State Department of Transportation, including extensive surveys at Stewart International Airport, in Newburgh, New York. This firm has been involved in a number of surveys for the New York State Power Authority, and has also provided services for the United States Coast Guard, in an "Aids to Navigation" project. Projects have included work on the New York City water supply system.
